Parai Tenggiri Beach

Bangka Belitung Islands Province does have a lot of beautiful beaches to visit. One is Parai Tenggiri Beach, the most beautiful beaches in the east of Bangka Island.

Parai Tenggiri Beach has clean white sand, gentle waves and has the granite rocks along the coast. Besides, from the top of the rock, you can sit back and enjoy the beauty of the South China Sea which is shady and has a small choppy. On the other hand, you also have to try visiting an island on the left end of the beach called Rock Island, with the waves around hit the rocks without stopping.

To get to this beach, from Depati Amir Airport, Pangkal Pinang, you can travel using motorcycle or car drive for one hour to the southwest towards the village Sinar Jaya. If you use public transportation, you can ride the city transit with the destination from Pangkal Pinang-Sungailiat by the rate of Rp. 6000,00. Then, from Sungailiat, journey can be continued by using a motorcycle taxi to Parai Tenggiri Beach area at a cost of Rp. 40.000,00 for a round trip. Arriving at Parai Tenggiri Beach, you are charged entrance fee of Rp. 25.000,00 and can be exchanged for food or drink in the beach area.
